What's in our beach/pool bag?

Getting ready to go to pools, beaches and water parks and a perfect bag is combined of the all the essentials.

So, here are some essentials, that are a must in a beach bag!

- Deodrant/light body mist ( sweeter and heavier scents attract bees/mosquitoes! )

Summer Dinner Date Meals

The purpose of having a date night or spending time together with your partner, friend or family member is to have fun and catch up so we have 3 simple dinner recipes for this summer! Enjoy!

1. Zucchini Pasta 

- fresh zucchini noodles ( you can make them fresh or buy them in store ) 

- Ginger/ Garlic 

- fresh colorful cherry tomatoes 

- spinach 

- cilantro

- keep it veggie with some nuts or you can add some grilled fish or chicken

- paprika, salt, pepper 

2. Fresh Rice Bowl 

- Brown or white fluffy rice 

- onions/green peppers cooked in seasoning 

- fresh tomatoes 

- cilantro 

- black beans 

- grilled chicken or fish 

- some type of salsa or chutney 

- sour cream 

- pita chips 

Aka homemade chipotle! 

3. Naan Pizza 

- naan 

- seasoning 

- tomato sauce with garlic and some spices 

- Parmesan 

- mozzarella 

- feta 

- spinach 

- any other veggies you wish 

Pop it in the oven and an easy fresh pizza for dinner!

Our No Heat Summer Hairstyles

The Summer is all about enjoying and having fun but, that's a bit difficult when your hair is leaving you hot and sticky... So here we have 3 summer proof hairstyles!

1. Boxer Braids- simple but fierce hairstyle and if you leave them long enough you'll have beautiful waves and curls for the evening. These braids payoff!

2. Half up Half down- you can be comfortable and chic at the same time. First curl some of the ends. Tie or pin up half and curl some pieces you pinned up, you can even add a flower if you're feeling festive! 

3. Messy buns- I know these have been overrated but they are very easy and you can make them look great by adding  a braid or a twist. They also give a bohemian and natural look, perfect if you want to put all your hair up and still look presentable. 

But most of all the summer is about having fun and relaxing so, kick back,  pick one of these hairstyles, pick a nice outfit and go have fun. Make it a great summer!
