When the spring hits (actually any season, I am always hungry), I notice myself wanting a quick and healthy snack that tastes good. Recently I have been obsessed this salad/salsa snack. It is amazing because you can make it any way you want. You can add your own personal touch to it. I decided to choose ingredients that I like, but you can incorporate any vegetables that your favorites.
- First chop the ingredients-

Onions
Cilantro
Green Bell Pepper
Cucumber
Lemon
Salt
Pepper
- Then combine the ingredients in a bowl. Once all of the ingredients are mixed, add salt, pepper and squeeze the lemon for juice.
- Enjoy to your liking!
This salsa/ salad can be enjoyed with anything or on its own. You can eat it with chips, crackers, pita, as a side for any meal of the day and etc. Add your personal touch to it by switching up the ingredients and the proportions. Depending on your own liking and the servings the proportions should be altered. Enjoy this easy and delicious snack!
