Why Water?

You've heard it from your doctor a thousand times and your parents; but now you also get to hear it from me! Water is so important to drink, and I am definitely not saying to immediately start drinking a ton of water, that is also not good for you. You must create a balance, which is just perfect and healthy for your personal body. I know that because I have had the water issue, I wouldn't drink more than a cup, but slowly I made myself drink water and, also made sure to improve the quantity of the water I was drinking. It actually truly helps. Here are something's drinking water assists with:
  • Healthy Skin: yes, not lying, the more the water, less the breakouts and wrinkle lines.
  • Cleansing: Rather than drinking a sugary drink, a glass of water helps to cleanse out the body.
  • Hydration: Obviously, we just need to make you remember, don't want you to faint. No its actually really bad to be dehydrated.
  • Soothes: After a work out, water is a must.
  • Hair: Its true, drinking healthy quantities of water, assists in hair strength and growth.
  • Blood: Assists in blood flow. (Overall Health)
