- Go swimming at your local pool.
- Take a run around your neighborhood.
- Take a walk around your neighborhood in the morning and before dinner.
- Have a fun dance workout with your friends and family.
- Ride a bike.
- Play at the playground.
- Gather all friends and play competetive games (tag, hide and seek)
- Go to the local basketball or tennis court and have a competition with your friends.
- Play soccer in your backyard.
- Go to the gym.
