Summer Workout

I know in the summer I get lazy. Some of us have days off of school and work. The hot weather drains my body of energy. However, this year I discovered the importance of working out. I realized that now I need to start working out. Working out does not mean that you want to loose weight necessarily it is so you can get fit and enjoy it at the same time.In order to do so I came up with a list of ways to exercise for the hot summer/spring weather.
  • Go swimming at your local pool.
  • Take a run around your neighborhood.
  • Take a walk around your neighborhood in the morning and before dinner.
  • Have a fun dance workout with your friends and family. 
  • Ride a bike. 
  • Play at the playground. 
  • Gather all friends and play competetive games (tag, hide and seek)
  • Go to the local basketball or tennis court and have a competition with your friends. 
  • Play soccer in your backyard. 
  • Go to the gym.
