In the spring and summer having a schedule which contributes to your health is actually not that difficult. Whereas in the winter, getting out in cold, early in the morning or in the evening is not fun. So, doing yoga is a plus, it can be done in the warmth of your home, in the morning or in the evening. Especially with the help of this wonderful app, The Fitstar Yoga App (free on the apple iTunes store) and, the app is really simple.
  • Once you download it, it explains the process of the app.
  • Then, you set up an account, which is very simple, all you need is an email and password.
  • That's it, Your "fitness journey begins"
  • You are able to choose the settings according to your strengths and they set your sessions accordingly.
And if you are not familiar with yoga, it gets even better because they give step by step instructions. Yoga is calming and a distressing exercise, which is extremely important, it improves your focus and, your attitude along with that your day goes positively and well. Yoga actually connects your body with the earth and can bring a great deal of change in your life. Y'all need to check it out, I have used many apps and they haven't stayed in my phone for more then a day. But, the Fitstar Yoga App, has been working pretty swell.
