Ways To Workout In The Winter

Between all the chocolates and candies, I know working out in the winter can be a hassle. However, in order for all of us to get and maintain our shape for the spring, we have to work for it. I have come up with a list of exercises that you can complete in the comfort of your own home that do not require much.
  • Upper Body
    • Push Ups (on a soft surface or on a mat)
  • Core/Abs
    • Sit Ups (on a soft surface or on a mat)
  • Lower Body
    • Squats (with or without weights)
    • Wall Sits (wall required)
    • Lunges
    • Leg Lifts
  • Endurance
    • Jumping Rope
    • Running Up and Down Stairs
  • Other
    • Yoga
    • Dance
