Ways To Workout In The Winter
Between all the chocolates and candies, I know working out in the winter can be a hassle. However, in order for all of us to get and maintain our shape for the spring, we have to work for it. I have come up with a list of exercises that you can complete in the comfort of your own home that do not require much.
- Upper Body
- Push Ups (on a soft surface or on a mat)
- Core/Abs
- Sit Ups (on a soft surface or on a mat)
- Lower Body
- Squats (with or without weights)
- Wall Sits (wall required)
- Lunges
- Leg Lifts
- Endurance
- Jumping Rope
- Running Up and Down Stairs
