#Stress, Yes! There's so much of it we've basically gone immune or have gotten used to it. If we aren't #stressed it feels weird, only too good to be true. But we are growing old ,and time is leaving us. And we are still working and working for many things we'll never take with us once we die! Does it make sense, I don't know.. It may and it may not. Having #stress is a good thing, it's definitely healthy but, to a certain extent. Taking #stress over every little thing (like I used to and kind of still do) hurts you from the inside and out (you see what I did there). And I feel like there is no true way to overcome it but, to have some confidence in yourself, whether it's work, school, kids, any life issues (we have so many today), to believe that you'll do what you need to. And that at the end everything will work out, if you have the mindset of doing something it will happen, you will have #stress, but don't get sick due to it. That's not a good reason to fail. Not at all. I have noticed the less the #stress you take, the better the outcome is and it helps depict your intelligence and experience. Rather then when you #stress out when doing something, it makes you look weak, and your not weak, so why have that picture of you in others minds? There's absolute no need to. So the sole point is to find a way and overcome heavy amounts of #stress. Take Care!
