A few days ago I watch a video on YouTube titled, " The Suicide Experiment!" by FouseyTUBE. That video was an inspiration for me to write the following. The video proved that their are people for you, when you need a hug and when you need someone to talk to. Whenever you see someone that sits alone at lunch, and someone that looks gloomy, speak to them and give them that smile. That one smile could change somebody's life.

Everyday we think. On a constant our mind is spinning with thoughts. We think of the good, the bad and the "what if" moments. We think of, "what if I wasn't here anymore?" That thought can circle in our mind every second of the day. We think, "would things be better, be worse? Would people miss me? Would they realize that I am gone?" then that one thought can turn into an action that lead your life into a path of unhappiness. The one thought can transfer to, "maybe it would better if I was gone,". That can lead to thoughts of self harm. It can transition to something serious: suicidal thoughts. That thought can be struck by a multiple of events. We all think that our lives are a mess, but don't allow that to destroy your happiness. Even though, we all may get bullied at school, have an excessive amount of dept, and have family problems, we have to realize that it will get better. Some people around the world have less problems than us or more problems than us. It's not for me or you to decide which is which. We all see so many different people everyday, all of those people have problems that we're not aware of. Some people show those problems and some people don't. Who are you? I recognize that its hard. It's hard to listen to what I have to say when you already have made up your mind about self harm. But understand this: you matter. Even though you think that people don't care about you, we do. Your life is the most precious gift that you will ever get; it's a gift you don't what to give up or lose. We have all been a position where we think that it's easier to give up and let go. But do not; just hold in a bit longer. It will get better. If need be, talk to someone and let all of your feelings out. I feel as if nowadays we are all so afraid of talking about our feelings and emotions, but let all of the pain out. Don't think that because your talking to someone about what is happening, means your weak because we know your not. Before you ever think about harming yourself, think of the people that adore you, your mom, your dad, your sister, your brother, your dog, your friends and all of us. Would you really want those people to suffer after your death, would you want them to cry at your funeral because you left them rather than talking to them about what was bothering you? If you ever take the drastic measure, those people that loved you, would always blame themselves for your death because they would feel that they were not there for you. So think before you do!
Love yourself, so others can do so as well. These thoughts can be defeated by
happiness, so therefore strive to
be happy and not perfect. Before you ever think of taking a drastic measure that could change your life forever, think of yourself, your family, your friends and all the people that
love you!
