One day, I was sitting beside one of my friends. As I sat beside her we had an exchange. That exchange led her to saying, "thank you." I told her that, "in friendship there is no need for sorry or thank you. However, if you really want to thank me--someone once told me that instead of saying thank you, you should do something special for someone else," that fact struck us both. That led us to think of the "plus one policy". From now on if we do something special for one another, (something that deserves a thank you) we say plus one. The plus one means that we have to add one more special/good thing to do for someone else. Instead of the "thank you" we say "plus one" and add to our list of good things to do for others.
This fact of helping others, instead of saying thank you is mentioned in different aspects of the media. We simply took this idea and put a name and goal to it. I would like to sincerely thank the person that taught me this. Also, I am not stating that saying thank you is bad, however this is just something that I do as a personal goal/deed and amoung my friends.
So make the next thank you, something special/remarkable.

P.S. This was an idea that incorporates others. These are just our personal opinions. What you do matter, so make others happy and stay happy.
