Quick Lunch Meals

Lunch Meal #1

The Turkey Club - 
Which consists of:
- Your Choice of bread (White, Wheat, Pumpernickel, Rye, Multi-grain, etc)
- Turkey (Slices)
- Bacon (optional)
- Cheese (Mozzarella, Provolone, Swiss, Cheddar, Gouda, etc)
-  Lettuce
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Choice of spread (Mayo, Mustard, etc)

Lunch Meal #2 

Sunrise Pasta- 
- Choice of Pasta (Shell, Rigatoni, Elbow, etc)
- Crushed Tomatoes
- Coriander
- Mixed Vegetables (Corn, Carrots, Peas)
- Spring Onions/Red Onions
- Margarine/Butter or oil (Canola, Vegetable, etc)

Lunch Meal #3

Ciabatta and Egg Salad- 
- Ciabatta Bread or of your choice
- Egg Salad (Mayo, Black Pepper, Salt)
- Cucumber
