Rather than Working Out...

Sometime the usual, running on the treadmill, lifting weights and working on machines, gets boring. Overall, going to the gym every day can get a bit restrictive. However, you can get the same results by doing something else rather than going to the same old same old gym. So here are somethings that I like to do, in order to change things up.
  • Go to a Dance Fitness Class
    • Example: Zumba
  •  Go to a Fitness Workout Class
    • Boxing
    • Kickboxing 
    • Cycling
    • Cardio
    • Strength Training
    • Aerobics 
  • Play Sports
    • Swimming
    • Basketball
    • Football
    • Soccer
    • Tennis
  • Yoga
