This current season getting sick is so easy. I myself just got over a bad cold, which obviously comes with this cold weather and dryness in the air along with, the sicknesses going around.
And I feel that the best way to fix yourself up are the natural remedies rather then always reaching for drug medications.
These are three of my favorite Cold Remedies:
- Vitamin C ~ Vitamin C intake is crucial for a strong immune system and this is one thing we all know about but don't feel it has a strong impact. Its the biggest factor in getting better; some ways of vitamin intake are;
*Supplement Drops
* Fruits and Veggies
*Juices
- Lemon, Ginger, Honey Tea ~ This natural tea will be the best cleanse and boost in immunity; a definite must when you get sick.
- Menthol Balms/Vapor Rubs ~ These balms are essentials for a good nights sleep. Put some around your nose and temples, pull the blankets over a it'll be an instant relaxation. They are also great for normal headaches; rather than taking ibuprofen I massage my temples with these balms and I'm good to go... with no drug intake. Some Menthol balms are:

*Tiger Balm
