Milk?


Everyone knows how good milk is for your body such as getting calcium, vitamin d, strong bones, re-hydration and improvement in vitamin intake. But, milk can also be used for smoother, silkier and healthier skin...

  • Cleanser- instead of using a regular face wash, every night cleanse your face with some milk. It's natural and chemical free so, it won't be harsh on sensitive skin. 
  • Exfoliate- It acts as an extremely gentle exfoliator, especially wonderful for sensitive and "young" skin. Make a sugar and honey mixture with milk for a deeper clean.
  • Toner- With its lactic acid features, milk brightens, softens and treats break outs. So, use a cotton pad and a quick swipe all over the face. 
  • Natural Masks- Mix a little bit of flour and turmeric with milk/yogurt and you will see the change in your skin. It will be softer, silkier and slowly reduce acne and spots. 
Try out milk on your skin for a at least a week and you'll definitely see a huge change. Milk makes the skin silky soft and totally reduces nasty breakouts and spots. And a glass a day doesn't hurt either it'll definitely nourish your insides which is the biggest part to healthy and clean skin.
